DMCA

Introduction:

This policy is in place to implement the procedures outlined in 17 U.S.C. Section 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) regarding the reporting of alleged copyright infringement. Our company, which provides services through alllyricsjunctioin.com, is committed to honoring the legal rights of copyright owners, their agents, and representatives. It is expected that all users of our computing system will comply with the legal protections provided by applicable copyright law.

To exercise your DMCA rights, you must send your Proper DMCA Notice to our designated agent, appointed by the Company, at the following email address @alllyricsjunctioin.com. Please note that this email address is reserved for reporting copyright infringement only and all non-copyright related inquiries will not receive a response.

Upon receiving proper notification of claimed infringement, our Company will adhere to the procedures outlined in the DMCA.

For a copyright infringement claim to be considered valid, it must include the following elements:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to have been infringed, or if multiple works are involved, a representative list.
3. Identification of the infringing material and sufficient information for the Company to locate it.
4. Contact information of the complaining party, including address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement asserting good faith use without copyright authorization.
6. A statement affirming the accuracy of the notice, under penalty of perjury.

Failure to include all required information may delay the processing of the DMCA notification.

The Company expects all its system users to abide by copyright laws. However, if the Company receives a proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, it will investigate the matter thoroughly and validate the claims at its sole discretion. If the claims are valid, the Company will quickly remove or disable access to the infringing material.

If someone submits a counter-notification concerning a copyright infringement claim, the Company will comply with the appropriate provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Please allow a minimum of three business days to process any complaint or counter-notification. Note that filing complaints with other parties, such as our Internet Service Provider, will not expedite the request and may lead to delays.

Under suitable circumstances, the Company reserves the right to terminate the authorization of users who repeatedly infringe upon copyrights, at its discretion.

The Company will respect reasonable technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, rather than interfering with them.
